9. Less than 40 character tag line Examples: "Great Location, Over 2800 sq ft Finished", "3 Story Multi-Tenant 50% Leased"
10. Property description - can be full MLS description
11. Pictures - Send up to 10. PICTURES ARE VERY IMPORTANT. For vacant lots or land pictures try to include plat map or survey image.
12. Make sure you email us any change of status - pending or sold.
